Flatline Barrel Egrip Should I get a flatline barrel, an egrip, +a buttstock for my Tippmann A-5? other gun suggestions welcome.?
I am looking to buy a Tippmann A-5. I have heard good and bad about flatline barrles. I also have afriend who tells me to defintely get the response trigger, but the e-grip has a setting like that too. I looked @ a smartparts barrel, and the flatline, but I heard flatlines bust balls and are inaccurate because they spin the balls a different way everytime. Give me your imput. Also, suggest other good guns. I looked @ a Tippmann 98 Custom Pro with an e-grip, a Smarparts SP8, a Spyder MR3, a BT-16 Tactical, and a Tiberius Arms T-9 rifle. Please again, give your input anything...
flatlines are like the little girl. when they're good they are very very good but when they're bad---. a broken ball will screw them up bigtime. smartparts barrels are good as are most top end barrels.

Questions about the Spyder MR3 and Tippman x7?
I am a new paintball player but plan to keep playing for a while. I am looking for a electronic marker with a fast rate of fire and insane reliability. I just saw a guy using a x7 with a egrip and flatline barrel in a speedball game. He help up fine. I want a gun that could hold its own in a speedball game and could play woodsball as well. I am torn between the MR3 (or MR2 cause i'm not finding many mr3s) or a x7. Any comments about what i should get.
Flatline + Speedball = epic fail.
Flatline's are really velocity picky and they break paint all the time at a high ROF. If you want a marker that works for woodsball and speedball you should get a speedball marker you can use with CO2.

As for the X7 and the MR-2/3, the X7 is more durable and customizable as previously said. Both are way to freakin' heavy to use in speedball and do well. Plus you'll pay a lot more to get an X7 with an Egrip than you will for a speedball marker.
