Paintball Mask How would i paint my paintball mask so it looks similar to ghost's ski mask from modern warfare 2?
Doesn't have to be an exact replica. looking to paint a skeleton mouth,nose,and cheeks on a paintball mask(Force Shield) Tell me what paint to use (someone suggested auto body paint?) Spray paint it or use brush? Brand of paint?
I've seen a couple of different suggestions for painting a mask. Regardless, clean the mask thoroughly with alcohol so there's no dirt, oil, paintball residue.
#1 Use Krylon Fusion which is a spray paint formulated for plastic. Supposed to bond to the plastic so there's not need for primer or sanding. #2 Others suggest a primer coat first then basic spray paint
In either case, 3-4 coats of the spray paint then add a couple coats of a clear sealer to protect the paint job. It sounds sort of hit or miss (depending on who you talk to) as to how well it works but it does seem that touch-ups will always be necessary.
