Paintball Tank Remotes having some trouble with my paintball remote line?
I just got my paintball remote line out of the box and im having some trouble with it. When i first hook it up to my 20 ounce C02 tank it fires fine for the first few shots. After that the shots get substantially weaker untill it seems like the gun isnt even hooked up to an air source at all. im not sure why im having trouble with this i just got it out of the box. Can anybody help? is this a common problem that people have with remote lines? my biggest theory is that your not supposed to use remotes with anything but compressed air but im just gessing at this point.
This is a common issue with older liens. The basic issue it the gas is not getting through fast enough. Make sure the on/off valve is opened all the way. There could be a clog in the line. Hen I have had this issue, I remove all of the connections (dismantle the line) then clean out all the old tape. I place new tape and reassemble the line. I have fixed three of them this way. I have not heard of CO2 users having any special issues.
