What is the best way to apply sunscreen?
I will be going on a fossil dig this summer and am concerned about my fair skin.
I will be wearing a wide-brim hat and protective clothing.
When it comes to sunscreen, however, there is a lot of conflicting information about reapplication, SPF, and amount needed to be used.
I have determined that anything over SPF 35 is useless, and I will need to reapply no matter what sunscreen I use.
My question is, how much sunscreen should I apply to exposed areas, how often should I reapply, and what commercially-available brand seems to have the most bang for its buck? (In the past, I have tried and did not like Banana Boat, Coppertone, and No-Ad.)
Many places are saying 1oz, but that is for the entire body, and my torso and lthighs will be covered. This leaves me confused as to how much I should use on my arms, lower legs, neck, etc.
get banana boat's spra athlete's suntan lotion. it is easy to apply and will stay on long during your dig.
and applying sunscreen about an hour before going outside helps it to work better. it will seep into your skin a bit and last longer.

I am over 18 and I have a young doctor who I like and i think he likes me too. Here are some things he has done/said to me: he hugged me, gave me a cloche hat just because, he is protective of me, he gave me his cell phone number, he compliments me a lot, he is curious about my life and he asks me questions, before i was 18 i had to come with parents to appointment so he saw them and he loves them. his co workers seem very interested in my life if i have a bf, and one of them asked me if I like my doctor. also he learns my language. whenever i come to appointment, he smiles a lot and touches my shoulder while talking or when sitted, he touches my knee slightly. he called me beautiful too. there are more signs and i dont wanna bore you down. so, it seems like he likes me, but why doesnt he ask me out? i wont he his patient since new year though... and i have seen him about 5 years...

u also shd talk with him nicely, nt only like a patient , u also shd show him tht u r also intrested in him, cos as u say , it sounds like he is intrested in u nd nw u hve to tell him tht ur also ready to be his gf. so u shd say first for a date or just ask him r u free nd go outside nd then tell him tht i like u or more of ur feelings abt him. dont do late , just do it . life is fast dear
